About The Dance Initiative

Get to know us

Founded in 2021 by Aidan Muth and Jennah Paron, previously known as ‘Day of Dance,’ The Dance Initiative was created to offer freelance dance programming to dancers across Western Canada. Aidan and Jennah hope to inspire dancers to take action and reignite a genuine belief in themselves, and their abilities as young artists. The Dance Initiative offers exclusive events for studio owners to give their dancers the opportunity to work with different choreographers and instructors. Through their different program offerings, TDI will provide students with a creative approach to their technical training, give dancers freedom in establishing their own artistic style and help dancers establish their self-confidence. Aidan and Jennah have benefitted as individuals and as dancers by working with new choreographers and teachers over the years. They are thrilled to share their self-expression, artistic interpretation and expertise with your dancer. Aidan and Jennah are eager to share their passion with the next generation of industry leaders, and help dancers pursue their initiative in order to develop their own definition of success.
