The Dance Initiative Return Policy
The Dance Initiative has a 30 day return policy If 30 days have gone by since your item(s) have been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return request. Include photos of the item(s) you are returning and a brief message as to why you are returning. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
If 5-7 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you choose to return your product(s) via mail, mail your product to: 134, 11 Athabascan Ave, Sherwood Park, AB, T8A 6H2, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
