Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

Until further notice, all items sold from The Dance Initiative will include a pre-order that will be open for a certain period of time, to better manage our inventory. Once the order window closes, items will be ordered from suppliers and will be shipped to you via Canada Post. You will receive an email confirmation from Canada Post once your order is shipped, and when it is delivered. The Dance Initiative offers a flat-rate Canada wide shipping fee of CAD $12.50. The Dance Initiative has no control or responsibility over custom fees.

LOCAL PICKUP:

The Dance Initiative offers local (Edmonton + surrounding area) pickup. If you live in the Edmonton area, and opt to free local pickup, you will be sent an email once your item(s) are ready for pickup. Items can be picked up at #134-11 Athabascan Ave, Sherwood Park AB, T8A 6H2.
